Kitchen basics, checked
The cameras you already have check hairnets, gloves and phones at the prep station. Everything is fine, so you hear nothing.
GetRecue spots the small slips that cost you money in the kitchen and on the floor. After every shift, you get a short report: what to fix and who to thank.
*After a walkthrough of your venue and a short briefing.
Guests are never recordedNo extra screens to watch. GetRecue runs in the background and speaks up only when it matters.

Badge = a regular name tag
Servers wear a badge that looks like a regular name tag. It notes when the seasonal special or dessert wasn't offered. You'll see it in tonight's report.

GetRecue compares what left the kitchen with what was rung up on your POS. The plate for table 6 had no ticket, so your manager gets a heads-up to fix the check.

Open it in the GetRecue app or in your account on a laptop: what went well, what to fix tomorrow, and who earned a bonus.

Cameras in kitchens and other work areas are common practice, and we help you notify your team properly. Audio runs only as a pilot, with written consent from each team member. Some states require everyone in a conversation to agree to a recording, so we review the setup with you before audio is turned on. Guests are never recorded.
You can start with the kitchen or the floor. On the floor, we start with video from your cameras. Audio pilots begin only after a legal review and written consent from each team member. We set things up in line with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13.
Data is processed in the EU under GDPR. We never use emotion recognition, which the EU AI Act bans in the workplace.
